Erin Gonzalez

Erin Gonzalez is the Principal of The California Land Company and a licensed California Real Estate Broker. Her expertise includes financial underwriting, market analysis, site identification, and strategic marketing, contributing to over $250 million in transactions. Erin applies her expertise in entitlements, land use, site development, and local government to help clients make informed, strategic decisions that pay off.

 

Prior to founding The California Land Company, Erin held roles at Land Advisors Organization, Cushman & Wakefield, and The Irvine Company, where she honed her skills in land brokerage, advisory, and residential development. A Northern California native and San Diego State graduate, Erin has lived in every major California MSA—except Fresno, for now.
